目的研究大鼠脑震荡伤后脑外主要器官热休克蛋白(heat shock protein,HSP)70、C-fos表达比值的变化规律与脑震荡损伤时间之间的关系,以期为脑震荡的损伤时间推断提供新的思路。方法采用自由落体法制作大鼠脑震荡模型,在伤后0.5、1、3、6、12、24、48、96、168、240、336 h时处死大鼠,取脑外主要器官组织(心、肝、脾、肺、肾)作C-fos和HSP70免疫组织化学染色,结果进行图像分析。结果伤后0.5~6 h,HSP70的阳性细胞率缓慢升高,而C-fos阳性细胞率快速升高,二者的表达比值呈下降趋势;伤后6~12 h,HSP70的阳性细胞率持续升高,而C-fos的阳性细胞率逐渐下降,二者的表达比值呈上升趋势;伤后12~336 h,HSP70的阳性细胞率缓慢下降,而C-fos阳性细胞率快速下降,二者的表达比值仍呈上升趋势。结论大鼠脑震荡伤后,脑外主要器官组织和脑组织中C-fos和HSP70两个指标阳性细胞表达率及表达比值变化相类似,说明在脑震荡伤后,观察脑外主要器官组织中两个指标阳性表达比值,同时结合各指标阳性表达细胞率的变化情况可以推断脑震荡损伤的损伤时间区间。
Objective To study the relationship between the changes of the ratio of heat shock protein (HSP) 70, C-fos and the time of concussion after cerebral concussion injury in rats, New ideas. After 6 to 12 h, the positive rate of HSP70 increased While the positive rate of C-fos decreased gradually, and the ratio of the positive rate of C-fos increased gradually. After 12 to 336 h, the positive rate of HSP70 decreased slowly and the rate of C-fos positive rate decreased rapidly The expression ratio is still on the rise. Conclusions After concussion injury in rats, the expressions of C-fos and HSP70 positive cells in the major extra-cerebrum organs and brain tissues were similar, indicating that after cerebral concussion injury, Two indicators of positive expression ratio, combined with the indicators of the positive expression of cell rate changes can be concussion concussion injury injury time interval.
