长久以来,思想政治工作都是我党建设中独有的工作优势,尤其是在改革开发之后,我国社会主义市场经济取得了跨越式的发展,而思想政治工作在企业中的重要作用越来越突出,更是成为了企业生产与经营的生命线,越来越多的企业纷纷开展了一系列的思想政治工作,加强对员工相关思想理论知识的教育,使其真正了解到思想政治的内在涵义,不仅有效增强了员工对企业的凝聚力,更是大大调动了员工的工作积极性,促进企业更加长远稳定的发展。因此,笔者具体对如何结合企业实际做好政治工作进行了深入的研究讨论,并提出以下几点建议措施。
