目的研究在老年病区临床护理工作中应用优质护理服务的临床效果。方法选取2016年2月至2017年2月在本院老年病区接受治疗的患者100名作为本次观察对象,采用单双数床号法均分为观察组与对照组,护理人员对常规护理对照组的患者采取基础护理措施,对观察组的患者,护理人员对其加强护理干预措施,采用新型的护理干预模式,采取优质护理干预模式下,观察两组患者的护理满意度评分。结果优质护理观察组的护理满意度整体评分高于常规护理对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年病区的患者采取优质护理干预,能有效的提升临床护理服务质量,值得在临床上推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of applying quality nursing service in clinical nursing in geriatric ward. Methods From February 2016 to February 2017, 100 patients who were treated in our hospital’s geriatric ward were selected as the observation object and divided into observation group and control group by single and double bed number method. Nurses’ Patients in the control group were given basic nursing measures. Caregivers of patients and nurses in the observation group were to strengthen their nursing interventions. A new type of nursing intervention was adopted. In the mode of quality nursing intervention, the nursing satisfaction scores of the two groups were observed. Results The overall score of nursing satisfaction in the high-quality care observation group was higher than that of the normal nursing control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Taking quality nursing interventions for patients in geriatric wards can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing services and is worth popularizing clinically.
