1991年11月7～8日在日本召开东亚地区资源再生利用国际会议,有300余人参加,其中南朝鲜、台湾,印度尼西亚和美国共40人。中国提交了研究报告,但未出席会议。会上决定下次会议将于1992年在南朝鲜召开。 在会上发表的有色金属方面的报告有: 1.南朝鲜:由α-铜版腐蚀蚀刻液中回收铜,用离子交换法由海水中回收Li、B。 2.台湾:由ABS废塑料电镀膜回收Cu、Ni,由显影废液及X光胶片回收Ag及废弃物混合处理。 3.中国:回收Ag及凛白-定影液再生利用的
From November 7 to November 8, 1991, the International Conference on Resource Recycling and Utilization in East Asia was held in Japan. More than 300 participants attended the conference, including 40 from South Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia and the United States. China submitted its research report but did not attend the meeting. It was decided at the meeting that the next meeting will be held in south Korea in 1992. The reports of non-ferrous metals published at the meeting include: 1. South Korea: copper is recovered from the etching solution of a-copperplate etching, and Li and B are recovered from the seawater by ion exchange method. 2. Taiwan: Recovery of Cu and Ni from ABS waste plastic plating film, recovery of Ag and waste from developing waste liquid and X-ray film. 3. China: Recycling Ag and Rinsing White - Fixer Recycled
