为了总结、交流经验,进一步解决好在新形势下使八亿农民多看、看好电影的问题,中国电影发行放映公司于九月三日至十一日在北京召开全国农村电影发行工作座谈会。参加这次座谈会的代表共二百多人,他们是各省、市、自治区文化局电影处长、电影发行放映公司经理、发行科科长、放管科科长,以及部分地区、县电影发行放映公司经理、农村集镇电影院(影剧院)经理。文化部电影局、民族文化司以及财政部有关同志也出席了座谈
