铍对动物的毒性研究大都采用吸入染毒法。小剂量长期经口进入机体的研究,只见到、Schroder和Mitchener的报道。为修订铍在地面水中最高容许浓度提供科学依据,我们进行了铍的急性、慢住、蓄积性和诱变性研究,结果如下: 动物用Wistar大鼠和封闭群小鼠。硫酸铍为国产化学试剂,水不溶物<0.1%。染毒方式为消化道染毒。将硫酸铍配成不同浓度的水溶液,供动物自由饮用或灌胃(一次或多次)。
