目的观察一种纳米银妇科抑菌喷剂对黏膜的刺激性和皮肤致敏性,评价使用中的安全性。方法采用动物实验法,对该纳米银妇科抑菌喷剂进行动物阴道黏膜、眼睛刺激性和皮肤过敏性试验。结果用含纳米银25μg/ml的该纳米银妇科抑菌喷剂对试验家兔阴道黏膜和眼睛黏膜均为无刺激性。动物完整皮肤反复接触该纳米银妇科抑菌喷剂,无皮肤过敏反应。结论该纳米银妇科抑菌喷剂对实验动物阴道黏膜和眼黏膜均无刺激性,对动物完整皮肤无致敏作用。
Objective To observe the mucosal irritation and skin sensitization of a nanometer silver gynecological antibacterial spray to evaluate the safety in use. Methods Animal experiments were carried out on animal vaginal mucosa, eye irritation and skin allergy test. Results The nano-silver gynecological antibacterial spray containing 25μg / ml nano-silver was non-irritating to vaginal mucosa and mucosa of rabbits. Animal skin repeated exposure to the nano silver gynecological antibacterial spray, no skin allergic reaction. Conclusion The nano-silver gynecological antibacterial spray had no irritation to the vaginal mucosa and ocular mucosa of experimental animals and had no sensitization to the intact skin of animals.
