目的 :调查包头市萨拉齐镇公用筷子HBsAg的污染情况 ;方法 :用RPHA法检测公用筷子表面的HBsAg ;结果 :本次调查 5家饭馆的 385根筷子 ,HBsAg阳性 31根 ,阳性率为 8 0 5 % ;结论 :使用消毒全封闭“三鱼”牌的一次性筷子可以降低人群对HBsAg的感染率。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the status of HBsAg contamination of public chopsticks in Sarazi town of Baotou City.Methods: HBsAg on the surface of public chopsticks was detected by RPHA method.Results: 385 chopsticks from 5 restaurants were positive for HBsAg, the positive rate was 8 0 5%. Conclusion: The use of sterilized and fully enclosed “three fish” disposable chopsticks can reduce the population infection rate of HBsAg.
