社会进步的一大表现就是对教育的重视程度,而且随着新课改的深入,教育界对小学体育的教学越来越关注,特别是在教学效果和质量方面,更是从不同方面做出了探讨。为了更好地发挥小学体育的教学功能,让学生融入体育运动环境,教师要教学得法,重点是提高学生的学习兴趣和运动基础。以分层次教学为切入点,以小学体育教学为分析对象,通过对小学生运动和性格特点的分析,制订个性化的运动方案,也就是分层教学。
