对高加浓铀乏燃料后处理工艺铀酸体系下的 16级临界安全全逆流混合澄清槽进行工艺设备试验研究。试验确定了满足工艺运行条件的混合澄清槽的几何尺寸、搅拌桨桨型、搅拌转速及搅拌桨高度。在高加浓铀乏燃料后处理工艺条件下 ,所设计的全逆流混合澄清槽可实现有机相连续或水相连续运行 ,运行过程中的各级液面高度均低于 60mm的设计临界安全值 ,级效率高于90 % ,铀回收率大于 99 9%。
The experimental equipment of 16-stage critical safety counter-current mixed clarification tank under high enriched uranium spent fuel reprocessing uranyl acid system was studied. The test determines the geometry of the mixing tank to meet the operating conditions of the process, paddle propeller type, stirring speed and paddle height. Under the condition of post-treatment of spent enriched uranium-rich fuel, the design of full counter-current mixed clarification tank can be continuous or continuous operation of the organic phase, the liquid level at all levels during operation are lower than the design critical safety value of 60mm , Level efficiency higher than 90%, uranium recovery rate greater than 99 9%.
