目的 :调查湖南省三级甲等医院血液净化护士胜任力现状,并分析其影响因素。方法 :对湖南省20家综合性三级甲等医院345名血液净化护士进行问卷调查。结果 :护士胜任力标准化分为(87.84±9.72)分,其中获资格认证组胜任力总评得分(91.05±7.21)高于未获资格认证组(84.30±10.86);是否获得资格认证、学历、职称、专科工作年限是血液净化护士胜任力水平的影响因素。结论 :湖南省三级甲等医院血液净化护士的整体自评胜任力水平较高,获资格认证组更为满意,能够较好地胜任本职工作。认为专科资格认证培训有助于提高胜任力水平,但需要进一步加强对其教育及科研能力的培养。
Objective: To investigate the status quo of competence of blood purification nurses in the three first class hospitals in Hunan Province and analyze its influencing factors. Methods: A total of 345 blood purification nurses from 20 comprehensive tertiary level hospitals in Hunan Province were surveyed. Results: The standardization of nurses’ competence was divided into (87.84 ± 9.72) points, of which the qualification score of the competency assessment group was higher (91.05 ± 7.21) than that of the unqualified group (84.30 ± 10.86); whether the qualifications, education background, , Specialist working life is the impact of blood purification nurses competency level. Conclusion: The overall self-assessment competence of blood purification nurses in the three first-class hospitals in Hunan Province is higher, which is more satisfied with the qualification certification group and able to perform their own job well. It is considered that specialist qualifications training can help to improve the competency level, but needs to further strengthen its education and research capabilities.
