高三阶段是人生最为紧张,也是最为关键的时间之一。能否在这一年的复习中把多年学习的知识,进行系统地归纳,透彻地理解,并升华为高考所需的能力,是走上理想大学的根本前提。但紧张的高三生活,使很多正处于成长阶段的高中学生出现心理失衡,平时复习不能专注,头脑不清醒,甚至对教材内容熟视无睹;考试时患得患失,平时熟悉的知识也很难回答出来,结果大失水准。这种难的学不好,容易的学好了又考不好的状况令人揪心。而高考前100天(又称高考百日冲刺阶段)是高考复习最关键时期,心理失衡也同时表现得最明显。显然,调节心理,保持良好的学习和应试状态,是取得上好成绩的关键。那么,高考冲刺阶段如何进行心理调节呢?根据教育学、教育心理学的基本规律,结合多年教学经验,我总结出以下一套方法,仅供参考:
