通过单-[6-氧-(对甲苯磺酰基)]-β-环糊精和4-羟基-苯甲酸甲酯反应合成了一种新的修饰环糊精,单[6-氧-6-(4-羧基苯)]-β-环糊精(1),利用X射线衍射分析、二维核磁光谱以及量热滴定等方法研究了其在溶液和固态中的分子自组装行为。结果表明在固态中连接于环糊精主面的苯甲酸基顺次从次面插入到另一个环糊精的空腔,形成了螺旋柱状超分子,并且在溶液中也显示了相似的自组装行为。热力学上,修饰环糊精形成聚合起分子主要是由熵驱动的。
A new modified cyclodextrin was synthesized by the reaction of mono- [6-oxy- (p-toluenesulfonyl)] - β-cyclodextrin with 4-hydroxy-benzoic acid methyl ester. (4-carboxyphenyl)] - β-cyclodextrin (1). The molecular self-assembly behavior in solution and solid state was studied by X-ray diffraction, two dimensional nuclear magnetic spectroscopy and calorimetric titration. The results show that benzoic acid groups attached to the major surface of cyclodextrin in the solid state are sequentially inserted from the secondary side into the cavity of another cyclodextrin to form a helical columnar supramolecule and also show similar self-assembly in solution behavior. Thermodynamically, modifying cyclodextrins to form polymeric molecules is driven primarily by entropy.
