本文用正交设计试验法研究了气体氮碳共渗温度,时间,供氨量和炉压对常用十一种钢的化合物层厚度、总渗层深度、表面硬度和硬度分布特性的影响,并获得最佳工艺参数。研究结果表明,除温度和时间对增加化合物层厚度和总渗层深度的积极影响外,升高炉压可显著提高表面硬度,并指出炉压影响对控制渗层质量有一定的实用价值。
In this paper, the influences of gas nitrocarburizing temperature, time, ammonia supply and furnace pressure on the compound layer thickness, total layer depth, surface hardness and hardness distribution of eleven kinds of steels were studied by orthogonal design method Get the best process parameters. The results show that, in addition to the positive effect of temperature and time on the increase of compound layer thickness and total layer depth, increasing the furnace pressure can significantly improve the surface hardness, and point out that the influence of furnace pressure on the quality of control layer has certain practical value.
