本文用FFT法对32例正常人和47例心梗病人的第一,第二心音的功率谱进行了分析,并给出了心音谱峰位置的统计结果。心音,心电信号记录在多道磁带记录仪上,回放后经加窗电路送入到7T08信号处理机上,对心音作FFT分析。加窗电路是为截取第一、第二心音而制作的,它与7T08配合可以截取第一,第二心音。每个人采集20个心动周期,并求20个心动周期的平均功率谱。实验结果指出,在0~200HZ范围内,每个人的心音都有一个到多个共振峰,共振峰的个数、位置,强度因人而异,但统计结果表明,第二心音共振峰频率较第一心音相
In this paper, the power spectrum of the first and second heart sounds of 32 normal subjects and 47 patients with myocardial infarction were analyzed by FFT, and the statistical results of the peak position of the heart sound spectrum were given.
