以苏州地铁4号线某区间隧道下穿一砌体结构建筑物为研究对象,对右线隧道(先掘进)、左线隧道(后掘进)地表和建筑物测点历时沉降及建筑物倾斜进行分析,得出富水软弱地层盾构施工对邻近砌体结构建筑物的影响规律。结果表明:盾构刀盘距测点约18~5m时,测点会有超前沉降约-2mm,距测点约5~0m时测点上隆约0.5~1mm,盾构到达并通过测点时沉降发展较快,盾构通过后1~2天沉降趋于稳定;富水软弱土体经扰动后沉降更不易控制;盾构停机会导致地表和建筑物沉降增加;砌体结构建筑物整体性差,盾构下穿砌体结构建筑物易产生较大的不均匀沉降,且侧穿引起建筑物倾斜较正下穿大。
