研究中国加入WTO对浙江经济和外经贸发展的总体影响,并作出定量分析,是极为复杂和困难的事。在本项目中,我们采用了由翟凡、李善同两位先生作了重要修正的一般均衡模型(即CGE模型)的分析方法,又根据浙江经济的区域性特征分别确定了不同的权重,从而测算出我国加入WTO对浙江经济发展的主要宏观经济结果。在中国“入世”5年后给浙江带来的主要宏观经济结果,主要有以下几点: 1.1有利于优化资源配置和增强综合经济实力,并带来巨大经济收益
To study the overall impact of China’s accession to the WTO on the development of Zhejiang’s economy and foreign trade and to make a quantitative analysis is extremely complicated and difficult. In this project, we adopt the analysis method of the general equilibrium model (CGE model), which was amended by Zhai Fan and Li Shan with two important figures, and determine the different weights according to the regional characteristics of Zhejiang economy so as to calculate Out of China’s accession to the WTO, Zhejiang’s economic development, the main macroeconomic results. The main macroeconomic results brought to Zhejiang after China’s accession to the WTO five years later mainly include the following: 1.1 It is conducive to optimizing the allocation of resources and enhancing the comprehensive economic strength, and brings about huge economic benefits
