目的:了解宝山区免疫规划冷链设备配备及运转情况,为配置和更新冷链设备提供依据。方法:2011年12月,对宝山区冷链设备现状、2008-2010年疫苗效价监测数据进行调查分析。结果:宝山区现有冷库2座,冷藏车1辆,冷藏和普通冰箱146台,冷藏箱包57个,均能正常运转使用。各单位冷链设备容积均大于冷链容积需要量。各单位有冷链管理制度,建立了冷链设备档案。2008-2010年,采集脊灰疫苗和麻疹疫苗进行效价监测,效价均达到要求。结论:现有冷链设备达到了免疫规划疫苗的储运需求,能够保证冷链系统的正常运转。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the equipment and operation status of cold chain equipment in Baoshan District and to provide basis for configuring and updating cold chain equipment. Methods: In December 2011, the current situation of cold chain equipment in Baoshan District and the monitoring data of vaccine potency from 2008 to 2010 were investigated and analyzed. Results: There are 2 cold stores in Baoshan District, 1 refrigerated truck, 146 refrigerated and normal refrigerators and 57 refrigerated containers, all of which can be used normally. Cold chain unit capacity of all units are greater than the cold chain volume requirements. All units have a cold chain management system, the establishment of a cold chain equipment files. 2008-2010, the collection of polio vaccine and measles vaccine for potency monitoring, the titers meet the requirements. Conclusion: The existing cold chain equipment meets the storage and transportation requirements of immunization planning vaccines and can ensure the normal operation of the cold chain system.
