The prescription and preparation of antipruritic tablets were introduced. Polyamide column chromatographic separation and extraction were used to determine the content of baicalin in ZhiYanLing Granules by high performance liquid chromatography. The mobile phase consisted of ODS and methanol-water-phosphoric acid (53:47:0.2). The detection wavelength was 276 nm and the linear range was 0.08-0.40 μg. The average recoveries were 96.59% and RSD = 0 .81%
