随着知识经济的发展,创新成为经济发展的核心驱动力和世界各国发展战略的必然选择。与经济社会联系最直接、最密切的高职教育,必须主动认识和适应中国经济发展新常态,通过创新将办学要素重新组合,增强办学活力。在此过程中,培育创新文化成为高职院校的重要使命。教师是创新文化的引领者、创造者和实践者,因此要把培养教师的创新精神和能力放在首位,通过打造优质的师资团队、制定完善的制度体系,搭建资源共享的创新平台,充分发挥教师在创新文化培育中的重要主体作用。
With the development of knowledge economy, innovation has become the inevitable choice of the core driving force of economic development and the development strategy of all countries in the world. The most direct and closest higher vocational education with economic and social connections must take the initiative to recognize and adapt to the new normal of China’s economic development and reorganize the elements of running schools through innovation so as to enhance the vitality of running schools.
