目的:建立清热合剂中黄芩和葛根2种药材及清热合剂的高效液相特征图谱分析方法。方法:采用Agilent-Zorbax-Extend-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(磷酸调pH至3)梯度洗脱;流速1.0mL.min-1;检测波长分别为276,250,280nm;柱温30℃;进样量20μL。结果:分别对10个产地的药材及10个批次的清热合剂进行了测定,特征图谱相似度都达到0.9以上。清热合剂中共标记出24个共有峰。结论:该法准确、可靠,可用于清热合剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC method for the characterization of two medicinal materials of Radix Scutellariae and Radix Puerariae and their compounds. METHODS: The mobile phase was eluted with a gradient of methanol-water (adjusted to pH 3 with phosphoric acid) using an Agilent-Zorbax-Extend-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min- 276,250,280 nm; column temperature 30 ℃; injection volume 20μL. Results: The medicinal materials of 10 producing areas and the heat-clearing mixture of 10 batches were determined respectively. The similarity of the characteristic maps reached above 0.9. The heat clearing compound marks 24 common peaks. Conclusion: This method is accurate and reliable and can be used for the quality control of Qingre Mixture.
