近年来,随着中国经济的迅速发展、综合国力的日益加强,中国的国际地位迅速上升。国家在提升政治、经济、军事等硬实力的同时,提升文化软实力尤为重要。这其中,国际传播无疑成为文化“走出去”的重要渠道。进入21世纪,我国国际传播力得到快速发展,但与其他国家尤其是欧美发达国家相比,这方面的综合优势仍然不突出。当下,我国国际传播力的提升面临着历史性发展机遇,与此同时,国际大环境和国家发展战略均对国际传播力的发展提出了新的要求。
In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s economy and the ever-increasing comprehensive national strength, China’s international status has rapidly risen. While promoting the hard power of politics, economy and military, it is especially important for the country to enhance its cultural soft power. Among these, international communication will undoubtedly become an important channel of culture “going out ”. In the 21st century, the international communication power in our country has been rapidly developing. However, compared with other countries, especially developed countries in Europe and the United States, the comprehensive advantages in this area are still not outstanding. At present, the improvement of China’s international communication power is facing historic development opportunities. Meanwhile, both the international environment and the national development strategies have set new demands on the development of international communication power.
