浙江省广播电视学会管理学研究会,1990年10月下旬召开专题研讨会,就市(地)广播电视局如何加强对宣传工作的领导和管理进行深入探讨。与会者经过充分讨论,认为市(地)广播电视局应该积极加强对市电台、电视台和各县局、台宣传工作的领导。具体地说,应该从以下几个方面着手:1.严格把握好宣传基调,及时做好上情下达工作;2.掌握了解各类重大宣传活动,审查重要稿件节目;3.积极开展检查评比活动,提高宣传质量和激发宣传工作者的创优意识;4.注重抓好队伍建设,组织好各类政治和业务研讨培训。
Zhejiang Radio and Television Society Management Research Association, in late October 1990 held a symposium on the city (ground) radio and television bureau to strengthen the leadership and management of advocacy work in-depth discussion. After full discussion of the participants, the municipal (local) radio and television bureau should actively strengthen the leadership over the propaganda work of the municipal radio stations, television stations, county offices and stations. Specifically, we should start from the following aspects: 1.Strictly grasp the propaganda tone, timely delivery of the work on the situation; 2.Learn to understand all kinds of major promotional activities, review important manuscripts program; 3. Actively carry out inspection activities , Improve the quality of publicity and inspire awareness of creative excellence; 4 pay attention to team building, organize a variety of political and business seminars and training.
