本研究工作采用放射免疫分析、荧光检测及高效液相色谱分析等技术,测定了大鼠经10 GyX射线头部照射后,脑内单胺类化合物与某些神经肽含量的变化。结果表明:头部照射后第2d,下丘脑中irL-Enk和垂体irM-Enk明显减少;而下丘脑NE、E和DA,间脑中5-HIAA及其与5-HT的比值明显增高。其它脑中的单胺类化合物变化不显著。提示下丘脑具有较高的辐射敏感性,并且下丘脑所发生的上述变化将对神经与内分泌系统的机能活动产生重要影响。
In this study, radioimmunoassay, fluorescence detection and high performance liquid chromatography were used to determine the changes of monoamines and some neuropeptides in the brain of rats exposed to 10 Gy X-ray. The results showed that irL-Enk and pituitary irM-Enk in the hypothalamus decreased significantly at the 2nd day after the head irradiation, while the ratio of 5-HIAA in the hypothalamus NE, E and DA, and the 5-HT in the diencephalon was significantly increased. Other monoamine compounds in the brain did not change significantly. Suggesting that the hypothalamus is highly radiosensitive and that the above changes in the hypothalamus will have a major impact on the functional activity of the nervous and endocrine systems.
