农药是特殊的生产资料,对农业丰产、丰收发挥着重要作用。通过梳理我国农药经营管理制度历史沿革脉络,总结各地农药管理的做法及经验,借鉴日本、我国台湾地区以及相关国际组织农药管理的经验,分析了我国农药管理制度存在的问题,提出了完善农药管理制度的建议。
Pesticides are special means of production and play an important role in high-yielding agriculture and good harvest. By combing the historical evolution of pesticide management system in our country, the practice and experience of pesticide management in different areas are summarized, and the experience of pesticide management in Japan, Taiwan and related international organizations in Japan is analyzed.
