随着信息通信网络的规模化、集成化、精细化管理,信息通信网络监控也面临海量网络告警信息,给网络管理及维护工作带来了挑战。故障管理作为网络质量管理的重要组成部分,主要进行告警分析和故障诊断。当网络中的设备发生故障时,快速发现、排除故障是保证网络安全可靠运行的关键,也是网络运维管理的首要任务。单一的故障也可能引发海量的告警,大量的告警不但会增加网管系统的开销,而且也容易掩盖故障的根源,非常不利于网络运维人员排查故障。这时就需要一种技术,通过对告警进行合并和转化,将多个告警合并成一条具有更多信息量的告警,以协助网管人员分
