文章从新中国成立后进行的西部地区大规模的建设与开发——三线建设入手进行了研究,客观地分析了三线建设的得失,并据此探讨了新形势下如何搞好西部大开发的有关问题。
This paper studies the large-scale construction and development of the western region after the founding of New China - starting with the construction of the third line and objectively analyzes the gains and losses of the third line construction. Based on this, it discusses how to improve the development of the western region under the new situation .
