齿轮的淬火,目前大都采用高频表面淬火法。制造齿轮的材料,在很多情况下都采用45钢和40Cr钢。过去,对45钢齿轮淬火采用以下两种冷却方法:1.喷水冷却:有冷透的和不冷透的(冷到100℃左右,以防开裂);2.采用乳化液(肥皂水)冷却。第一种冷却方法产生的内应力大,因此淬火后的变形量大,经常产生显微裂纹,有时也产生开裂现象,造成废品。第二种冷却方法由于室温的变化,硬度不易掌握,有时淬不硬或出现软点。
Quenching gear, most of the current high-frequency surface hardening method. Gear manufacturing materials, in many cases are used 45 and 40Cr steel. In the past, 45 steel gears quenched using the following two cooling methods: 1. Spray cooling: a cold and not cold (cold to about 100 ℃, to prevent cracking); 2. The use of emulsion (soapy water) cool down. The first kind of cooling method produces large internal stresses, so large deformation after quenching, often produce micro-cracks, and sometimes cracking phenomenon, resulting in waste. The second method of cooling due to changes in room temperature, hardness is not easy to grasp, sometimes quenching hard or soft point.
