研究了连续 Nd:YAG激光器中由于热效应使 YAG棒产生的双折射引起传输的线偏振光退偏为椭圆偏振光的退偏现象所产生的输出不稳定和多模的原因。电光调 Q技术被应用于连续氪灯抽运的 Nd:YAG激光器件。为了获得稳定、单模的输出 ,在谐振腔内放置了一对λ/ 4波片。通过实验研究 ,实现了重复频率 1~ 5k Hz的窄脉冲激光输出 ,这将为连续抽运的 Nd:YAG激光器提供一种新的电光调 Q技术。
The reasons for the instability and multimode output due to the depolarization of the linearly polarized light transmitted by the birefringence of the YAG rod due to the thermal effect in the continuous Nd: YAG laser to the elliptically polarized light are studied. Electro-optic Q-switched technology is used in Nd: YAG laser devices for pumping krypton lamps. In order to obtain a stable, single-mode output, a pair of λ / 4 wave plates are placed in the cavity. Through experimental research, a narrow pulse laser output of 1 ~ 5k Hz repetition rate is achieved, which will provide a new electro-optic Q-switched technique for Nd: YAG laser with continuous pumping.
