乡镇卫生院卫生人才短缺已成为制约农村卫生事业发展的瓶颈问题,笔者结合医药卫生体制改革,分析乡镇卫生院卫生人才队伍存在的问题,提出加强乡镇卫生院卫生人才队伍建设的政策措施,具体包括培育乡镇卫生院卫生人才队伍、科学选拔和培养乡镇卫生院院长、提升卫生人力素质、搭建城乡医疗合作平台、加大各级政府对乡镇卫生院的考核与扶持等。
