目的:探讨局部氧疗促进头部放疗致湿性反应创面修复有效性。方法:将60例头部放疗出现局部湿性反应的患者随机分为实验组和对照组各30例;对照组局部湿性反应创面常规涂抹维生素B、D等,实验组采用氧气装置连接氧气管道,使用纯氧8 L/min持续30 min,2次/d。保持室内空气清洁、干燥,防止感染,观察创面愈合时间,比较两组创面分泌物并进行细菌培养分析。结果:局部氧疗促进头部放疗所致湿性反应创面愈合时间短、创面分泌物少、细菌培养菌落少。结论:局部氧疗具有促进头部放疗所致湿性反应创面修复,降低局部细菌感染的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of local oxygen therapy in promoting the wound healing of wet reaction of head radiotherapy. Methods: Sixty patients with local wet reaction of head radiotherapy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 30 cases in each group. In the control group, local wet reaction wounds were smeared with vitamin B and D, and the experimental group was connected with oxygen pipeline by oxygen device. Pure oxygen 8 L / min for 30 min, 2 times / d. Maintain the indoor air clean, dry, prevent infection, observe wound healing time, compare two groups of wound secretions and bacterial culture analysis. Results: The local oxygen therapy promoted the moist healing reaction caused by head radiotherapy. The wound healing time was short, the wound secretion was less, and bacterial culture colonies were less. Conclusion: Local oxygen therapy can promote the repair of wet wound caused by radiotherapy of head and reduce the local bacterial infection.
