肛门直肠周围脓肿 (ｐｅｒｉａｎａｌａｎｄｐｅｒｉｒｅｃｔａｌａｂ ｓｃｅｓｓｅｓ)一般是指肛腺感染后炎症向肛管直肠周围间隙组织蔓延而发生的化脓性疾病。这些脓肿一般发生在肛门直肠周围的各个间隙 ,并且最终在肛门附近的体表形成瘘管称为肛瘘 (ａｎａｌｆｉｓｔｕｌａ)
Perianal and perianal abscesses (perianalandperiomal abscesses) generally refers to purulent disease that occurs when inflammation of the anus-gland infection spreads to and around the anorectal space. These abscesses generally occur in various spaces around the anorectal anastomosis, and eventually fistula formation on the body surface near the anus is referred to as analfistula
