目的 :观察小剂量人工冬眠合剂辅助治疗出血性脑卒中的镇痛、镇静效果。方法 :建立对照组。治疗组予以小剂量人工冬眠合剂辅助治疗 ,观察用药后的镇痛、镇静效果及出现的副作用。结果 :治疗组有效率 95 2 % ,对照组 2 6 6% ,治疗组的镇痛、镇静效果显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 0 1) ,副作用少。结论 :小剂量人工冬眠合剂辅助治疗出血性脑卒中的镇痛、镇静效果明显 ,副作用少。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the analgesic and sedative effect of low dose artificial hibernation mixture for hemorrhagic stroke. Methods: To establish a control group. The treatment group was given a small dose of artificial hibernation mixture adjuvant therapy to observe the analgesic and sedating effects and side effects. Results: The effective rate was 95 2% in the treatment group and 26.6% in the control group. The analgesic and sedation effects of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.01), with fewer side effects. Conclusion: The small dose of artificial hibernation mixture adjuvant treatment of hemorrhagic stroke analgesia, sedation effect is obvious, fewer side effects.
