为深入实施“云岭先锋”工程,巩固和发展先进性教育活动成果,全面推进基层党组织建设工作,2007年6月,我省决定在全省农村、机关、企业、社区、高校、窗口行业和卫生系统等7个领域创建1CO个基层党建示范点。这对于提升我省党的基层组织建设水平,推进富裕民主文明开放和谐云南的建设具有重要意义。这里编发的就是其中几个创建示范点的做法和经验。
In order to further implement the project of “Yunling Pioneer”, consolidate and develop the achievements of advanced education activities and comprehensively promote the construction of grass-roots party organizations, in June 2007, Shaanxi Province decided to establish a large-scale grassroots party organization in the rural areas, organs, enterprises, communities, Window industry and health systems in seven areas to create 1CO grass-roots party building demonstration sites. This is of great significance to enhancing the level of grass-roots party organizations in our province and advancing a wealthy, democratic, civilized and open Yunnan. Here are some of the practices and experiences that were used to create the demonstration sites.
