1990年8月,18岁的我成为了一名光荣的人民教师。带着一脸的稚气,怀揣着对未来教育无限的憧憬,踏上了三尺讲台。从教20多年来,我曾为学生的淘气而生过气,为领导的“不公平”而发过脾气,为班级取得点滴的成绩而感动地流过泪……20多年的风雨路程,五味杂陈的背后更多的是感动。20多年的教育教学实践,让我深深地体会到,一个对教育事业有理想的人,才会把满腔的热忱投入到工作之中,才会在实践中实现自己的价值,才会觉得做一名人民教师是一件幸福的事。一、学生的成长与进步让我幸福
