《系统仿真学报》第一届编委会第一次会议于1990年10月16日在杭州召开.《系统仿真学报》编委近二十人及编辑部全体成员参加了会议.会议由《系统仿真学报》主编李伯虎主持,编辑部负责人李光运就办刊两年来编辑部的工作做了总结报告,编委们对编辑部的工作给予了肯定,并就如何进一步办好《学报》的问题展开了广泛的讨论.大家认为《学报》的选题内容中要适当增加面向应用,对实际工程有一定指导意见的文章;《学报》的编辑方针应着重于提高与普及结合,提高重要、普及也要重视.理论性、方向性的文章要有,普及性、应用性的文章也要占有一席之地.这样,《学报》才能拥有更广泛的读
