海城市岔沟镇庞家村庞宝儒、内蒙古宁城县必斯营子乡刘景国等同志来信询问:发展棚桃选用什么品种最好?每亩温室需栽多少棵苗?棚桃生产受地区限制吗?针对上述问题,我们专程采访了辽中县宝田桃园的李宝田同志,并答复如下。 棚桃生产由于技术简单,经济效益高,引起了广大农民的极大兴趣,纷纷引苗试栽。发展棚桃生产,选择哪个品种好,这是引种者首先考虑的问题。目前,适宜温室栽培的桃主要有4个品种,即早熟品种有保护地1号和2号,晚熟品种有雪桃和冬桃。
