以静压止推轴承为例 ,研究了变粘度条件下静压支承的出油液阻 ,提出了出油液阻比影响系数的概念 ,得出了静压支承的出油液阻比不仅与油膜厚度的 3次方成反比 ,而且还与出油液阻比影响系数有关的结论。利用计算机仿真在不同工况下 ,对出油液阻影响系数进行了对比研究 ,为变粘度流体特性的研究提供了一定的理论基础
Taking the hydrostatic thrust bearing as an example, the hydraulic resistance of static pressure bearing under variable viscosity condition was studied, and the concept of influence coefficient of hydraulic resistance ratio was put forward. It was concluded that the hydraulic resistance ratio of hydrostatic bearing was not only related to Oil film thickness inversely proportional to the third power, but also with the oil drag ratio of the impact of the conclusion. Using computer simulation under different working conditions, the influence coefficient of oil flow resistance was contrastively studied, which provided a theoretical basis for the study of variable viscosity fluid properties
