National People’s Congress Announces “Property Law (Draft)” and Seeks Opinions from the People News Content: On July 10, 2005, the NPC Standing Committee released the full text of the “Property Law (Draft)” to the public and solicited opinions from all walks of life. The third trial has been the draft property law, a total of 5 series of 20 chapters and 268.
