建立了电液伺服阀频响测试系统的数学模型,利用数值计算软件仿真分析了动态缸和低通滤波器特性对电液伺服阀频响测试的影响,并进行了试验验证。分析表明:动态缸固有频率越高,动态缸特性对被测阀频响的影响越小,三阶低通滤波器测试精度最佳;降低滤波器增益、提高滤波器转折频率能够增强系统稳定性;阀低频测试精度随滤波器增益和带宽的降低而提高。
The mathematical model of electro-hydraulic servo valve frequency response test system is established. The influence of dynamic cylinder and low-pass filter characteristics on frequency response test of electro-hydraulic servo valve is simulated and analyzed by numerical calculation software. The analysis shows that the higher the natural frequency of the dynamic cylinder is, the smaller the influence of dynamic cylinder characteristics on the measured valve frequency response is and the third-order low-pass filter has the best test accuracy. Reducing the gain of the filter and increasing the filter corner frequency can enhance the system stability ; Valve low frequency test accuracy increases with lower filter gain and bandwidth.
