素质教育的全面实施对中学语文教师的教学模式提出了新的更高的要求,教学方法的深层次改革,使我们主动地研究创新教学模式。在多年教改经验的基础上,探索独具个性的教学方法,从而形成风格迥异的个性化教学特色,做好中学语文教师。下面结合语文教学的特点来谈谈个性化教学问题。
The full implementation of quality education puts forward new and higher requirements for the teaching model of middle school language teachers. The deep reform of teaching methods enables us to actively study the innovative teaching model. On the basis of years of experience in education reform, we explore unique teaching methods to create distinctive individualized teaching features and make Chinese teachers in middle schools do a good job. The following will combine the characteristics of Chinese teaching to talk about personalized teaching.
