主要探究了行波管的各项结构参数对于非线性失真的影响。利用两个L波段和K波段的模拟样管进行了重复仿真试验,从而验证了某些规律的一致性。由仿真结果可知,输入段螺距主要决定增益,对其他参数的影响不大。相速改善段和输出段的螺距主要影响饱和AM/PM和饱和相移。验证了K波段下螺径变化与L波段下行波管特性变化的一致性。在两种输出段结构下,证明了输出渐变段DVT段的重要性,从而给以后的行波管设计提供了一定的指导意义。
Mainly investigates the influence of various structural parameters of traveling wave tube on nonlinear distortion. Repetitive simulations were carried out using two analog tubes, L-band and K-band, to verify the consistency of some laws. It can be seen from the simulation results that the pitch of the input section mainly determines the gain and has little effect on the other parameters. The pitch of the phase speed improvement section and the output section mainly affects the saturation AM / PM and the saturation phase shift. The consistency between the variation of the helical diameter in the K-band and the characteristics of the L-band downlink wave-tube was verified. Under the two kinds of output section structure, the importance of the DVT section of the output transition section is proved, which provides some guidance for the design of traveling wave tube in the future.
