屏蔽是插件设计中的一个关键问题。目前使用的插件多为盒式屏蔽。无论频率的高低,总是要求屏蔽得越严密越好。随着电子元器件的集成化,在一块插件板上可以容纳相当于原先一个插箱的电路。因此对一块插件的屏蔽就提出了不同的要求:有的电路组件使用频率较低或其本身就具有屏蔽性能,而有的则要采取严密的屏蔽措施。这样就出现了局部屏蔽的电路结构。局部屏蔽结构可以用于插片式插件,也可用于盒式插件中作为二次屏蔽。下面着重介绍ATLANTA SCPC设备插件中使用的几种局部屏蔽结构。
Screening is a key issue in plug-in design. Currently used plug-in mostly box-type shield. Regardless of the level of the frequency, the stricter the shielding is always required. With the integration of electronic components, in a plug-in board can accommodate the equivalent of a previous box of the circuit. Therefore, the shielding of a plug-in put forward different requirements: Some circuit components use less or have their own shielding performance, while others have to take strict shielding. This appeared a partially shielded circuit structure. The partially shielded structure can be used as a plug-in card or as a secondary shield in a cartridge. The following highlights several local SCAN device plug-in shielding used in the structure.
