改善投资环境 ,争取吸引外资 ,是目前许多国家经济发展战略中的一项重要内容。纳米比亚虽然是非洲大陆最后一个获得政治独立的国家 ,但在招商引资方面却不甘居人后。作为外界进入撒哈拉以南非洲国家市场的门户 ,同时也是撒哈拉以南非洲国家进入国际市场快捷而经济的通道 ,纳米比亚在充分利用这一优越地利条件的同时 ,还出台了出口加工区等鼓励投资的激励机制 ,因此在吸引外资方面收到了较好的成效。本文从宏观和微观两个方面着手 ,分析纳米比亚的投资环境 ,以期对中国工商业界发展与纳米比亚的经贸关系有所助益。
Improving the investment environment and attracting foreign investment are an important part of many countries’ economic development strategies. Although Namibia is the last country on the continent to gain political independence, it is not willing to live up to the invitation of foreign investment. As a gateway to the outside world for sub-Saharan African countries, it is also a fast and economic channel for sub-Saharan African countries to enter the international market. While making full use of this favorable geographical condition, Namibia has also introduced such export-oriented processing zones as encouragement for investment Incentives, therefore, have received good results in attracting foreign investment. This article analyzes macroeconomic and micro aspects of the investment environment in Namibia with a view to helping China’s business community develop its economic and trade relations with Namibia.
