对特厚Q235A钢板真空焊接后进行了轧制复合。对复合板进行了超声波探伤检查,并进行了力学性能检测和微观结构及复合界面分析。结果表明:在80 mm厚复合钢板中,特别是在钢板的头部和尾部存在裂缝和层压缺陷;在复合界面处存在不均匀的铁素体+珠光体微观结构和未结合的区域;通过扫描电子显微镜可以看到裂纹中的附加夹杂物,其成分是Mn、Fe、Si的氧化物。拉伸断口呈现多处解理性断裂特征。
After the vacuum welding of Q235A thick Q235A rolling composite. The composite plate was examined by ultrasonic flaw detection, and mechanical properties testing and microstructure and composite interface analysis. The results show that there are cracks and lamination defects in the 80 mm thick composite steel plate, especially in the head and tail of the steel plate. Inhomogeneous ferrite + pearlite microstructure and unbonded region exist at the composite interface. Scanning electron microscope can see the additional inclusions in the crack, the composition of which is Mn, Fe, Si oxide. Tensile fracture shows a number of cleavage fracture characteristics.
