苏啤一号大麦是江苏沿海地区农科所用早熟三号作母本,丹麦795S·P作父本,经过人工有性杂交,用系谱法于1979年选育而成。1986年经江苏省品种审定委员会审定通过定名,该品种属半冬偏春性,中熟二棱型啤酒小麦。在区试和大面积推广过程中,该品种一般亩产可收350公斤,高的可达到500公斤,比矮早三略增产;比早熟三号增产1～2成,各地均表现丰产、稳产、适应性广等优点。江苏省
