目的分析四川省遂宁市船山区艾滋病流行病学特点及趋势,为制定防治策略提供依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法,利用中国疾病预防控制系统/艾滋病综合防治信息系统相关数据,对船山区1995-2014年的艾滋病疫情进行分析。结果 1995-2014年船山区共报告现住址为船山区的艾滋病感染者和患者499例,报告死亡76人,现存活艾滋病感染者和患者423例;1995-2007年报告发病35例,2008-2014年分别报告23例、27例、47例、49例、76例、82例和160例,自2007年开始报告发病数呈快速上升趋势。主要分布在城区,占总数的66.9%;以20~50岁青壮年为主,占总数的80.6%;受艾滋病影响人群职业分布多样化,家务待业、农民分别占36.9%、17.2%,艾滋病由高危人群向一般人群扩散;传播途径以经性接触传播为主(94%)。结论船山区艾滋病疫情呈快速上升趋势,地区分布以城区为主,性接触为主要传播途径,艾滋病逐步浸润到各种职业,疫情正由高危人群向一般人群扩散,需全面落实防控措施,遏制艾滋病的传播与蔓延。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics and trends of AIDS in Chuanshan District, Suining City, Sichuan Province, and to provide evidence for the development of prevention and control strategies. Methods Epidemiological methods were used to analyze the AIDS epidemic in Chuanshan from 1995 to 2014 by using the data of China CDC / AIDS Integrated Prevention and Control Information System. Results From 1995 to 2014, a total of 499 HIV-infected and patients now living in Chuanshan District were reported in Chuanshan District from 1995 to 2014, of which 76 were reported dead and 423 were living with HIV / AIDS and 353 were reported from 1995 to 2007 and 2008-2014 Year reported 23 cases, 27 cases, 47 cases, 49 cases, 76 cases, 82 cases and 160 cases, since 2007, the reported incidence showed a rapid upward trend. Mainly distributed in urban areas, accounting for 66.9% of the total; young and middle-aged adults aged 20 to 50 accounted for 80.6% of the total; diversified occupational distributions affected by AIDS-related people, with the number of unemployed domestic workers and peasants accounting for 36.9% and 17.2% respectively. High-risk groups spread to the general population; transmission is mainly sexual contact (94%). Conclusion The epidemic situation of HIV / AIDS in Chuanshan mountain area shows a rapid upward trend. The distribution of HIV / AIDS in Chuanshan District is dominated by urban areas. Sexual contact is the main route of transmission. AIDS is gradually infiltrated into various occupations.
