为研究肝细胞癌患者肿瘤细胞、肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞 Fas抗原与 Fas L配体的表达水平 ,探讨 Fas系统在肝细胞癌免疫逃逸及免疫反击中的作用 ,采用间接免疫荧光流式细胞术检测 2 0例肝细胞癌患者肿瘤细胞、肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞和外周血淋巴细胞 Fas与 Fas L的表达。结果显示 ,肝细胞癌患者肿瘤细胞 Fas与 Fas L表达水平较自身非肿瘤肝细胞上调 ;肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞与自身外周血淋巴细胞相比 ,Fas表达上调而 Fas L 表达下调。提示下调 Fas表达的免疫逃逸机制在肝细胞癌不起主要作用 ;通过 Fas系统介导免疫活性细胞凋亡的“Fas反击”机制可能在肝细胞癌中具有重要作用。
To investigate the expression levels of Fas antigen and Fas L ligand in tumor cells and tumor infiltrating lymphocytes in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma, to explore the role of Fas system in immune escape and immune counterattack of hepatocellular carcinoma, and to use indirect immunofluorescence flow cytometry 2 The expression of Fas and Fas L in tumor cells, tumor infiltrating lymphocytes, and peripheral blood lymphocytes of 0 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. The results showed that the expression levels of Fas and Fas L in tumor cells of hepatocellular carcinoma were higher than those of non-tumorous hepatocytes. The expression of Fas was up-regulated and the expression of Fas L was down-regulated in tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes and their peripheral blood lymphocytes. It is suggested that down-regulating the immune escape mechanism of Fas expression does not play a major role in hepatocellular carcinoma; the “Fas counterattack” mechanism that mediates immunopotent apoptosis through the Fas system may play an important role in hepatocellular carcinoma.
