当前士官数学教学中存在诸多与任职教育不相符合的问题,为确保数学课程在任职教育转型中的重要地位,必须构建模块化课程体系,采取多元化教学方法,从而达到士官人才培养要求。
At present, there are many problems in noncommissioned mathematics teaching for noncommissioned officers. To ensure that mathematics curriculum plays an important role in the transition of postgraduate education, we must construct a modular curriculum system and adopt diversified teaching methods so as to meet the requirements of noncommissioned personnel training.
