目的了解江门市干部高尿酸血症患病情况,探讨高尿酸血症与多种代谢的关系。方法体检人群中抽取20~60岁干部1019人,收集体格检查和相关生化检测资料,应用SPSS11.5软件进行统计分析。结果江门市干部高尿酸血症患病率为30.42%,其中男性为33.53%,女性为23.85%,男性高于女性(P<0.01);男性不同年龄组尿酸水平和高尿酸血症(HUA)患病率以40~组最高[分别为(395.7±92.6)mmol/L和40.76%],女性随年龄增大而增高[分别为(280.8±69.6)、(283.9±64.9)、(306.5±98.4)、(346.6±87.8)mmol/L和18.46%,19.15%,30.90%,45.45%]。男性不同水平尿酸组体质指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)有统计学意义(P<0.05),女性BMI、WHR、血压、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、空腹血糖有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元回归分析显示,年龄、性别、BMI、WHR、TC、TG、HDL-C、空腹血糖是血尿酸的独立影响因素,HDL-C和空腹血糖与血尿酸呈负相关。结论江门市干部高尿酸血症发病率较高,与多种代谢相关。
Objective To understand the prevalence of hyperuricemia among cadres in Jiangmen City and to explore the relationship between hyperuricemia and various metabolic diseases. Methods A total of 1019 cadres aged 20-60 years were selected from the physical examination population. Physical examination and biochemical test data were collected. SPSS11.5 software was used for statistical analysis. Results The prevalence of hyperuricemia in cadres in Jiangmen was 30.42%, of which 33.53% for males and 23.85% for females, and higher in males than in females (P <0.01). Multivariate regression analysis showed that age, sex, BMI, WHR, TC, TG, HDL-C, fasting blood glucose were independent influencing factors of serum uric acid. HDL-C and fasting blood glucose were negatively correlated with serum uric acid. Conclusions The morbidity of hyperuricemia is higher in cadres in Jiangmen City and is related to many kinds of metabolism.
